Our Training / Workshops for Mentors show different techniques & theories, with activities to build confidence in work practice to motivate & support learning / development of mentors working with neurodivergent & SEND clients . . .
The workshops consist of different modules, each of which is tailored to demonstrate different techniques and theories.
All the interactive activities are created in a way to build confidence in working practice and are accessible to all attendees.
We also provide resources in different formats to motivate and support the learning and development of those mentors working with special educational needs and disabilities . . .
Celtrose has co-produced the programme based upon extensive research with the disabled community to ensure that individuals have the support needed when exploring self-employment.
Celtrose has benchmarked the qualification’s learning outcomes and assessment criteria at level one (using a national framework’s level descriptors) to allow the demonstration of difficulty and depth of study.
The qualification offers a range of support and resources which can be specifically tailored to the individual requirements of each Learner, providing solutions which are responsive and in keeping with the already established Celtrose ethos.

Helping their clients identify and consider the choices available to them
Outlining possible courses of action
Assisting their clients plan how to achieve their goals; plans may involve employment, training, education, or a combination of these
Supporting clients to see how they could overcome any barriers that prevent them from moving forwards, or referring them to other agencies that could advise them
