Sammy’s work is grounded in doctoral research as she has worked with disabled and neurodivergent mentees as well as self-employment mentors on exploring how neurodivergent people choose and experience self‑employment. All the guidance shared is based upon lived experience and Sammy offers informed training to make the practitioner journey about supporting the person rather than the person having to meet the needs of the mentoring. Using evidence enabling tools that help advisers adapt systems rather than expecting clients to adapt themselves . . .
